I think that all one can say is that it is early 20th century, has a moderately pedestrian cylindre escapement movement made in Switzerland and is made of silver. The movement is similar to one I have in a gent's PW made by Favre Freres but yours will be rather smaller and lacks the "F.F." stamp. Value? We don't give valuations here - anything is worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it - but I'm afraid that you may well find when comparing to similar items on eBay & similar that it is worth less than you originally thought. Pocket watches are generally not as sought after as wrist watches, ladies watches not as much as gents watches and with a cylindre escapement, this one may work well enough but is nothing really special, even in good condition and with a fancy case.
