    Please help identity the 1940s?? chronograph movement , by Buttes Watch Co (BWC).

    Just find a very rare 1940's? Chronograph by Buttes Watch Co (BWC). do anyone know what chronograph movement it is? Valjoux?? thanks

    Hi. It looks more like a Landeron to me bidfun-db Archive: Watch Movements: Landeron 48 -maybe not that exact movement.

    huh... its look like, but look little different.
    the watch is not on my hand now, I was forgot take the picture of front dial. I will take more dial picture at next week when I have the watch on my hand.

    Marrick is correct on the maker but wrong size... It is a Landeron 49 13 3/4L , they are so close in there designs... I hope that helps. i have parts for this little baby if needed.

    This is Landeron 48. Over the decades of production it underwent multiple revisions, so shapes of certain parts have changed.
