Please identify this Zodiac chronograph movement!

Hello! Could anyone be so kind and please identify this chronograph movement? I need some information to order a new thinner crown. This one is just a disgrace? Do you advise cousinsUK?

except for the gunk in the crevices the crown you have matches the hands but I can see where you might want a thinner more balanced crown in SS. Your movement looks very well worn and perhaps in need of lubrication? I would bet any watchmaker in business for over 25yrs would have an appropriate stem and crown for this watch.

Very similar to a 48, but certainly in need of some attention as the minute-recording jumper is broken, so I would be more concerned to get this side of things rectified before worrying about the crown which would get replaced as part of the service.

Page 2, part marked 8407 in top picture, 8270 in lower picture. You will notice that what remains in yours is not the same as shown, but I'm not familiar enough with the 48 to say if yours is merely a variation or another calibre.
