    Unless I'm mistaken, that's a stop watch (timer) not a pocket watch. Does look like valjoux though, but very old (WWI?)

    The dial looks almost identical to that of an Elgin 60 seconds 'bomb' timer, but then it should have had an Elgin grade 469 movement. Riverrat has one in an earlier post here:

    The lack of Elgin logo does not mean much, these dials came in several variations. I have the Elgin 10 second timer version, with no logo, and with railroad track around the minute counter. Then again, other makers could have used the same dial design...

    Can't ID the maker of the stop watch but it is marked Swiss and I'd assume higher quality as it has a column wheel chronograph movement.
