    pocket watch repair need help

hi, i just try to fix pocket watch by myself. it look good but when winding, the crown spin back to the first position. so i think it should be something wrong with ratchet click. but i can't find it. (see pic)

this is back of the bridge (just wonder what's in it)

there are no mark, stamp, number so how can identify this watch?

    thanks

I would think the click would be on the top of the barrel bridge.

I just serviced an 18s a while back that had the click on the side of the movement. I'm pretty sure! Lol

18s are different. Could say the same about fusee. But looking at the pic and seeing the dark section between the wheels that I can't make out.....makes me wonder if the click is there. The underside of the bridge does not look to have a place for a click spring.

You did not have pieces left over when you put it back together?

My dad and uncle rebuilt the engine of a Triumph Spitfire one time when they were younger. Had some nuts and bolts and a few springs left over. Car ran fine. So I guess they were just extras to start lol

41.5 diameter should be size 14s

there's nothing left when i put it back but the only thing is in the red circle and i think it should be part of ratchet click

nongnhum...Hello. I reckon this Swiss watch is missing its' click! There is a recess next to the ratchet wheel...this is where the click should be. If you have the patience & a bit of good luck, you might spend a while doing an internet search for "Swiss pocket watch movements"...perhaps you'll discover one like this, & you'll then know what it looks like. Michael.

It is better to look for German movements:

Unfortunately this calibre was made with the click under the barrel bridge only between 1937 and 1940, and is accordingly rare. But it should be no challenge to bend a functioning spring from a piece of wire.
