Post Your Black Dial Trench Watches!

    Hey guys,

Seeing as i've now got this little beauty on its way over the pond to me.. i thought it'd be nice to see all the other black dial trench watches on the board. I've seen a couple here and there but it seems a bit of a task to find too much about them and figured it'd be cool to have them all in one place.

So, here goes my new acquisition.

I'll be wearing this 1918 Elgin today though.

The vast majority of the US Army required black paint is still in-tact.

Thats a nice one James, is that a gold case, or some discolouration?

Edit: Is yours also knurled on the bottom side?

    Hi Nick,

No, not gold but there is knurling around the caseback although not as pronounced as the front. Some more pics.

Very nice James. These Dennison cases have quite a bit of character about them don't they.
