It looks vintage. Have you tried asking over on the Vintage forum? Also, do you have a photo of the back of the watch or of the insides? Where did you encounter this watch?

Moved to Vintage. Mikrolisk lists about 20 brands having used „Premier“, none with the Rolex like crown.
    Kind regards

indeed, there are some posts (2 posts) about "Premier" watch including Breitling, Roamer and Waltham, those 2 "Premier" really had no Rolex-like insignia, 1 with back-to-back letter "P" logo under the 12 o'clock, i wonder where would this "Premier" i have falls...? a photo of the signed crown and caseback... thank you...

FHF 72?! Doesn't really look like any of the versions that I've seen. Some of the salient features are there: positioning of screws or shape of stud holder on balance cock. The main point against that ID is the size of the transmission wheel: too small for the FHF 72. Also, the shock proofing is more characteristic of "foreign" (japanese, russian, french.....) movements. My verdict? If related to the FHF 72 or another FHF movement, it would be a copy rather like the Poljot 2612 copies the AS 1475. But not the real thing.

The font on the dial inscriptions looks familiar but I can't quite place it. No "Swiss" inscription anywhere. Total lack of country-of-origin is unusual, especially with signed back and crown. It's not a Japanese, Russian or Indian movement. Japanese maybe? Or French?

Offhand, it looks similar to a Citizen caliber (cal. 20?).
