Redial on this 1960s Omega cal. 610?

I'm looking for a budget Omega Seamaster, and came across this one in my budget.

Is it a redial and has it been over-polished? It seems to be in really good shape, but maybe too good of shape. I'm a fan of patina.

Claims to have been serviced a few months ago.

    Thanks!

I think the dial looks ok. The case has been polished at some point, but the chamfers are still visible. I think it's acceptable at the right price. The seconds hand looks a bit short, perhaps a replacement or maybe the tip has broken off. The crown does not look right to me.

Do you have photos of the inside? Feel free to share the asking price if you like.

Unfortunately no movement shots. Asking price is $375.

Apparently this was the original listing on eBay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Omega-Seama...-/142261853486

That listing is more than a year old, what's the deal with that? Many of that seller's watches appear to be re-dialed, but I still think this one is ok.

It has some issues, e.g. with the crown and seconds hand, which tells me that the watch has been "fixed up" for sale. It's not an estate watch that has been sitting in a drawer for 30 years. That really makes me want to see the movement.

However, if the movement and reference number inside the case-back are legit, then I would be ok at that price. Even if you decide to replace the seconds hand and crown, it shouldn't be very expensive.

The guy selling it now is the one who bought it from that eBay listing. I don’t think he knows much about the watch and hasn’t been wearing it.

Will he take a return if your watchmaker opens it up and finds something disturbing?

Dial seems ok , seems like the marks on the dial must be from tools taking off the hands.
