Roamer Anfibio is running too fast.

    Hi!

I recently bought an Roamer Anfibio and the problem is that it's running too fast. Should I try to fix this watch by myself or send it in for repair?
Btw, I can't seem to get the case back off to see the movement inside.

Can I ask how much it's running too fast? Do you know if it's been serviced?

The back will lever off using the slot shown in the last photo - but do it very carefully with a case knife or blunt knife else you will add a scratch to that back and that you don't want!

Yes, it's been serviced and it's running too fast with about 1 sec per minute.

Sounds like it needs a service, so I'd just send it in.
Correct me if my math is wrong, but I don't think simple adjusting will offset 24 minutes a day.

    Better to send back.
    May just need demagnetization.

Never pay too much attention to seller claims about servicing unless they also provide a copy of the service receipt. It would be worth if you can having this checked by a local watchmaker before you make any decisions as it may be an easy fix - and he may tell you that it hasn't in fact been serviced which will give you good grounds for return if you choose.
