Royal Orient - Which model is this one?

I found this model for 300 dollars but looks like it is missing the bottom and top screws (would it be a problem?). Is this a good caliber? Thanks!

I can't help but feel that 300 would be a bit steap even with screws to hold the movement in place.

The two screws aren't really all that necessary, especially if the dial is large enough to prevent the movement from slopping about in the case as long as the crystal is on. What concerns me more is that, despite the fancy claims on the dial, the watch seems to have a Swiss movement:

Found this on Ebay regarding the 19 jewels movement

"This movement is described on page 7-9, 36-39 of the book "Japan Domestic Watch Vol.11 - ORIENT".

It was not unknown for Japanese brands to use imported Swiss movement. Certainly Seiko did it in its early days and it looks like Orient may have done the same.
