    It is definitely late sixties or early seventies. The whole thing looks a little suspect, quality wise - the case back is a little tinny and on the dial, it reads "23 jewels" but the "23" is on a different line to the "jewels", as if the two don't really have to do with each other. I.e. a marketing trick to make you think it has a high jewel count when in reality, the "23" means nothing and the "jewels" indicates that it has some jewels (most likely one, in a cheap pin lever movement).

    Definitely looks like one of those 70s pin lever 'dive' watches - Sicura is a common brand name to find on these.
