Shed some light on this magnifier clock?

I realize that this is not a watch, but it is vintage none the less. It used to be my grandfather's and I'm wondering if anyone could shed some light on the manufacturer, age, anything. Also, where can I get it repaired with new hands and movement servicing? It presently does not wind or run. It's about 2-3/4 in diameter and has no identifying markings that I can see. Thanks.

It looks like a Swiss bridge style movement common in the 1890s. As I don't know where you live it's hard to recommend a service person, but you will need a good watchmaker to look at it and give you an estimate.
You will certainly spend more than the watch/desk clock is worth to restore it but that usually doesn't matter if it used to belong to your grandfather.

Thanks Jack. I'm in Northern Virginia. I sent Jack at IWW the photos to see if his watchmaker would be interested in working on it. I'll wait to find out.'B
