At present, it's just an ordinary singe Albert watch chain. I don't think that any specific makers are recorded for these. As for age, you need to give very good close ups of the hallmarks or describe these in detail to gie us a chance of identfying the year.

    It looks like English hallmarks.

If so, there should be, depending on age, between 4-5 marks on it.

MAKER'S MARK (The initials of who made this piece of silver).
ASSAY MARK (The symbolic mark of the Assay Office which tested the silver for purity).
FINENESS MARK (usually a LION PASSANT for Sterling Silver).
DATE LETTER (for the year of assay).
DUTY MARK (Monarch's head. Discontinued 1890).

If you can confirm all these, then we might be able to help you.

    Birmingham, Sterling Silver.

I can't tell anymore until I see the actual marks for the maker and the date. There's loads of B&S, it could be any one of about half a dozen makers.

The A doesn't help until I can see the shape and style.

The 'A' on the T bar (next to the lion passant) looks more like a worn out anchor (for Birmingham). Could you show a clear picture of the other 'A' you mention.

    Kind regards

There's no Monarch's Head that I can see, so if it is an A, then it's gotta be 1900 for Birmingham. That being the case, the H&S is probably Huxley & Sidebotham.
