Cylinder escapement, 6 jewels(?), 1890s-1910s. 0.800 is the normal grade of silver alloy for a Swiss watch. This watch would have been a lower-mid-grade watch in it's day; certainly more refined than a Roskopf pin-lever, although the time-keeping even when new would have been poorer. The size of the case is just small enough to be carried by a woman so it might have been a woman's watch.

I never thought it could be a woman's watch. You are right it is small to be a man's watch. Thanks a lot for info. :)
