JUst look here: Mikrolisk - The horological trade mark index a Buser . The Date registred 1933 also match. No shock protection and I guess the golden hournumbers are add on. Nickel-chrome case, 15 jewels anchor movement. It should be mid or end of the 30 ties.

Please change the odd yellow plastic glass and it will look nice .

    KInd regards Silke

    OK
Thank You Silken to remind me

Tip Top was a registered name of Buser Freres & Co, Manufacturer D'Horologerie, Niederdorf, Basel.
    Company was founded in 1916.

'Tip Top' timer was imported to US in 1924

Sorry, I thought I had more
But doing a world wide search on eBay will bring up a lot

The movement is a bridge variant of something like this:

    bidfun-db Archiv: Uhrwerke: Buser 40

Going by Ranfft, it should be the Cal. 41 since this has a separate escapement wheel cock (which yours has).
