    Tissot, Rado or Franken?

I saw this watch on ebay a couple of weeks ago. I don't remember where it was from. Is this possible that Tissot and Rado put a franken together like this?

The case is a 70's / 80's design used by Rado... I don't follow them much so can not say if they still use it. However, I have seen a National Semiconductor LED in the same case so other makers also had access to the design. I have never seen a Tissot of this design but Tissot is very very prolific and has used a lot of very varied designs. The dial and caseback look real to me. The markings on the movement might add more doubt or confirmation...

Who is the company behind it? Why are they using this material?

...that's just my opinion and I've been wrong before and will be again and might be now!
