    And a movement pic for the race inspired gruen..lol Sorry if it sucks. First time taking the back off and first time trying to take a pic of a movement. The here a number inside. N510SS for what its worth.

    Will do. The seller didn't know much about the watch, so I bought it blind. 10K gold filled is about all the info they had.

    And to my surprise the secret door on the back of the band still has the calendar inserts. I thought that was pretty cool :)

    It looks like the 1971 movement model but they are so similar.

    From what I see here bidfun-db Archive: Watch Movements: Gruen N510SS It looks like it is a 71 . It appears that the 1960 has "GXC" stamped on them. But I have no clue other then the photos

    The balance weel hasen't got the weights on the outside like on the older movements so your watch should be from the 70's. They could have made the change to the balance weel earlier of course.
