Universal Geneve Medico Compax - Authentication

    Hi Everyone

Was looking for some help in authenticating this Hermes Medico Compax. I've only ever seen Medico Compax with square button registers hence why i'm unsure about it. I've been looking around and the serial numbers are very similar to this Uni-compax but not sure that means anything.

FS - Universal Geneve Uni-Compax Chronograph Watch, SS, Caliber 287, Transitional Pusher | Omega Forums

Would love to hear what everyone thinks.

    Thanks!

    Hi and welcome
to me dial and lume look original, as do hands.
But I think Hermes has been added, that said a long time past.
This may have been done by the retailer (hermes) themselves.

I movement shot and inside case always helps.

    Its a very nice piece
