    Friends, what do you think about this watch? How old is and where are used? It`s approx. 67 mm max. diameter.

    It looks like a car clock, although with the lume it could have been meant for aviation purposes, or even tanks.

    Hi there,

    Looks like a cased travel clock/watch... minus the case!

    I have one at home thats the same shape! (at work at the min so cant take a pic)... but saw this eterna this morning to give you an idea!

    The front part is threaded to screw it into the case!

    Hands/dial lumed to be seen at night... not sure why you say military?

    Could be wrong.... but thats what it looks like to me!

    Back when these were used in cars dashboard lighting was primitive so no need to speculate on planes and tanks.

    I suspect that the watch will have a 22''' calibre, pretty well the maximum size for pocket watches. It looks vaguely like a mirror image FHF movement, e.g.:
