    Vintage Bulova Wrist watches

I am started to collect Bulova's as above to add to my vintage collection.
I know is a difficult question but what would I expect to pay for a good/very good 1950's gold plated watch?

    :thanks

Sorry we don't get into questions of valuation here. Your best bet is to check eBay or a company like Darlor watch that sells vintage stuff online.

Not a valuation but just an example, I bought this 1958 Bulova at a antique store for $35. 10K rolled gold plate, excellent running condition. The main problem is a watch like this needs to be serviced if you are going to wear it much, that might cost $100. If you can find one that has been serviced it is worth more. Bulovas were not expensive when new so they are easy to find and get fixed up.
