    Vintage Hamilton Thin-O-Matic

Can anyone offer any insight into what I have here ? Hamilton Thin-O-Matic, 1960's era (I think), gold tone with "10 Karet Gold Filled" followed by what appears to be "SXW" in a box stamped on the outer edge of the case back, cream/white/silver (can't really tell original color) face with rotational "swirl" pattern, gold numerals and indices, half-circle "Hamilton" (plain text; does not have the more modern Hamilton "H" design) below the 12 and half circle "Automatic" above the 6, plastic crystal, one broken lug (which I have saved). Inherited from my late uncle.

Is this something that can be restored and, if so, by whom ? I've also posted this question on the Hamilton web site, but no answer yet.

    Thanks.

    Hi Langley! Nice Hamilton
I bet it has inside an interesting caliber with a microrotor (Hamilton Buren) similar to this found in my Haste Slend

I think it deserve to be in the best shape.

    Take care of it
