Vintage "Heritage" Brand Swiss Made Watch - Help ID?

Hey, guys. I picked up a $5 watch at an estate sale, don't know much about it, and can't find any info on the brand online. It's a Swiss made mechanical. Brands appears to be "Heritage" and the model might be KIF? Neat retro look I would assume is an 80's piece, but not entirely sure. I've found other similar watches on eBay and it looks like the brand also used "American Heritage" at some point. Pictures below - can't get the caseback open now, but should be able to when I get my friction ball in on Sunday. Does anyone know anything about this one? Any help is appreciated.

1970s. Yet another diver-style watch in one of several common chrome-plated cases. You can find dozens of names on these dials. Lucerne, Chateau, Chalet, Sheffield, Nautilus, Neptune, Lanco, Mortima, Stellaris, etc. Cheap EB pin-lever movement inside most likely.

When the case-back is loaded up with all those adjectives, it's generally not a good sign.

BTW, I don't think your friction ball will open this one. Take a closer look.

Imagine trying to put a wrench on that case-back.

I figured that would require a fairly specific tool - thought I'd get more use out of the friction ball. My regular case wrench won't work on this one.

Ok... why wouldn't it work? What do you suggest instead?

    I don't think it's a screw-back case.

Certainly looks like one, but maybe it was only intended to... Now even I am slightly confused - is there something that you see, and I don't? Hell, that's a heavy blow to the pride of my powers of observation...
