So I Have some vintage magazines from the 30's and 40's. Among the advertisements, which in themselves are very fascinating, I came across a couple pertaining to watches. One is a United States Time Corp. ad from a July 3, 1944 issue of Life Magazine. And the other is a Longines ad from a September 16, 1944 issue of the Saturday Evening Post. Its interesting to see that even watch companies were very invested in the war effort. U.S. Time Corp. doesn't even advertise their watches outright. Also if anyone can ID the Longines models displayed, it would be appreciated.
