    Vintage Omega Ladies Watch

Please help me identify markings on this omega watch, here is the picture:

its ladies watch, white gold. It should be from 60, 70 or 80ies, i got it as as i gift. Its bought in Switzerland.

I dont know what these markings mean, and i`m interested in the approximate value of this watch.

Too small to see, but if the strap is gold have a look at the Swiss hallmarks on this page: Hallmark - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Please don't PM me to ask for a valuation - I won't attempt one.

Click on image it will enlarge. I tried wikipedia, and many other sites and havent found anything. One number in middle is 750, meaning 75% gold. Other marking, i dont know.... The numbers at bottom should be serial numbers, but there is no record of that serial number on official omega site.
