    Vintage Omega Seamaster, Thoughts?

I tried this in the Omega forum to no avail, so I thought you guys may be able to tell me what you think.

We got this in an estate (not the watchmaker's estate. This is from a layman) a while back, I'm assuming it's a redial, but I just wanted the opinions of the educated, as I am no expert.

It's got a cal.550 with a serial number that dates it to 1962. Here's some pics, I can take more if you need them to give me info.

EDIT: Sorry for the ridiculously large pics.

I got out of watches for a long time, but I'm coming back!

Oh, painful is that NATO strap on such a nice dress watch... Anyway, it looks more like a bad relume than a good redial to me...

"The watch has to be surrounded by a history.
You need more than just a great design. You need to create an atmosphere around the product.
Who is the company behind it? Why are they using this material?
People need to be able to identify the watch with themselves. It's based on emotion." - Ralph Furter

...that's just my opinion and I've been wrong before and will be again and might be now!

Hard to tell for sure from the picture, but it looks like a redial to me.

Yes, the "S" is not shaped right. Still a clean job with markers lining up, etc.
Hard to tell from the pix anything else.
