I'm going to send this over to the Pocket Watch forum, but before I do I have to say that without a picture of the dial case and hopefully movement ID is almost impossible. The info you gave indicates to me that your watch is earlier than 1925 and likely has a Swiss movement.

Thank you for replying to my message,,This is not a picture of mine as i have not got a camera, but it is the same as these two pictured.

    this the swiss one.
this one is not swiss, but no picture of back.they are both the same but diffrent colour so not sure witch one mine is,or it could just be the lighting.
my watch is in full working order and immaculate condition. many thanks for your time and knowledge.

All pictures are of a Swiss watch, and likely so is yours. The 'fasr' you mention means 'fast/avance slow/retard' in english/french and is part of the regulator index. You should look for other markings on the movement, for example under the balance wheel. You need to post pictures of the actual watch (movement) in order to get a proper identification.

Made by a watchmaker called Adolphe Haecker, La Chaux de Fonds, Bienne.

Movement looks like something from Cortebert, e.g.:
