Vintage Tissot pocket watch - Who has information about it?

    Hello

I have this vintage Tissot pocket watch.
It should be around 100 years old.

I was wondering if anybody knew anything more about it? (Model, movement, current value, etc..., etc...)
    Any information is welcome!

    Thanks!

if you have the chance to open the back case, do so, and post a photo here, so we can comment on the movement. Also there should be a number on the movement, like on all vintage Tissots, that will determine the exact year.

There is a thread in the Links and Articles subforum on how to open pocket watch cases. Good luck.

BTW, I would guess this watch is about 70 years old, not 100. But the movement pics (and any hallmarks on the case) may tell us more.

And, we don't do valuations here (article in aforementioned says why). But these are not especially valuable (the Antiques Roadshow gets folks hopes up by cherry picking the valuable ones!).

"The watch has to be surrounded by a history.
You need more than just a great design. You need to create an atmosphere around the product.
Who is the company behind it? Why are they using this material?
People need to be able to identify the watch with themselves. It's based on emotion." - Ralph Furter

...that's just my opinion and I've been wrong before and will be again and might be now!

I tried to get the back of the watch but I cant get it of...
I dont want to damage it, so I think I will ask a watchmaker to open it for me... So I can take a few pictures of the inside of the watch
