Waltham 17 jewel Trying to save

Purchased this with original box and manual. The dial is sadly delaminating and trying to identify the movement. I really never want to have a dial redo but may well on this one. Worth it?

No, not worth a re-dial. Frankly, I would spend my money elsewhere. The dial is a total loss, the case appears to be plated, and the Waltham watches from this era are just not that desirable. You could buy one on eBay that is in good condition for less than the cost of a re-dial.

Thanks. Im just going to take it apart and clean the dial off, use it for a beater. Its actually keeping good time.

x2. A lot of 62s and 72s, etc., used in those 60s lower end models.
