    Waltham 25 incabloc?

    It's alive!!!!

Any info would help. I do not know much about this exact model. It looks as if someone changed the caseback. It winds and keeps great time. The strap is almost cooler than the watch itself! Ha. Got it at a thrift store for 5 bucks.

Thanks for the info in advance. Name: uploadfromtaptalk1454804798097.jpg

    Hi Wristofdoom21,

Looks like at some stage there was water penetration and some verdigris staining has come through the dial.
Can you open the case back? A look at the movement can help date it.

    Regards,

If it says incabloc, that makes it a product of the 2nd (or possibly third) iteration of Waltham, which started around 1960. The case style and red second hand looks mid to late 60's to me, but could be into the 70's as well.

It seems as if someone cleaned it up and had it serviced. It's running strong. The second hand is way too new looking....for it to be 100% vintage.

"Water Resistant" on the case back usually indicates post-1969.
