    Waltham military set lever help

    I have this waltham 6/0'42 and it is missing the set lever screw. Does anyone know where i might be able to purchase one? Thank you

    You're looking for Waltham Part# 604a; you could call Otto Frei and have them look. Dash-to has a 6/0b for $25; that'll probably have the screw (that's not a commonly missing piece), and you can pillage it for other parts as needed. You could probably find a donor watch on the bay for a decent price too. The screw you're looking for is common for 42's up to the 6/0-C; not sure off hand what the difference between the 604a and the 604b screw was; others might know.

    THANKS FOR THE INFO AbslomRob. BEEN TRYING ON EBAY WITH NO SUCCESS. I WILL CALL OTTO AND DASHTO AND KEEP UP THE SEARCH ON EBAY. THANKS AGAIN

    I would go for the spares movement myself. Tom (dashto) is good about checking them for the part(s) you need before selling it to you.
