    Watch identification

I have a pocket watch that i know nothing about. I have owned it for around 10 years. The face has a small blue wheel with a set of wing going through the center and 45774 under that. The back appears to have a crest of sorts.2 doors on the back..when opening the 1st the words josef muller munchen are there.the same name and munchen are on the inside of the 2nd door as well where the mechanics of the watch are. Any information is appreciated.

    Re: Watch identification

Hi and welcome. I don't know much, but the winged wheel symbol was used by the Rotary watch company of Switzerland. However, it was also used by quite a few railway companies in Europe (Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, Romania, Russia, Czech....) winged wheel railway - Google Search

    Others may know more.

I suspect that the "Josef Müller, München" refers to the owner and not the maker. München is Munich, Germany in case you didn't know. The logo on the dial is that of "Levrette" (according to Mikrolisk - The horological trade mark index), a brand of Fabrique d'Horlogerie Ch. Wilhelm SA in La Chaux de Fonds (Canton Neuchatel, Switzerland). The watch looks about turn of the century (19th to 20th, that is).
