WEST END IMPERATOR 1878 18 K Gold perfect working condition

I need help in valuing a Gold Pocket Watch.

This belonged to my great grandfather who bought it in Bombay or Calcutta.

    Brand: West End
Year: 1878 ( date stamped on movement).
    Case: Gold 18 K
    Model: Imperator
Condition: One wind and she ticks beautifully.

    Can someone help?

    Hi and welcome.
Although we do not give valuations here, we can help with guidance.
First pictures are a must, of dial, movement and inside case.

Then try an advanced search on eBay.
ADVANCED +Include Completed Listings + World Wide.
    See what comes up.
    Hope that helps.
But please try to post pictures, I am interested to learn if movement is truly 1878 or if that is a date of a patent?

    PS: Is movement likes this:

I think the date isn't the age of the watch as the West End Watch company wasn't founded until 1886.
