It's a limited edition of however many times they have to post it to unload it.

I can't figure out if a JLC movement had to die to make that, or whether JLC was just carved onto another movement.

I'm interested to see that the Ukrainians are playing to the asian market. Look for the "Seven Super Lucky Magic Serpent" Patek next

case is "new". dial is "new but "reconditioned". Not really a JLC but if the dials arent being made on a machine engraver they may have $700 worth of labour in them. Otherwise maybe $200? Not for everyone needless to say. But I saw a Benz with a tiger painted on it as part of a russian 'millionaire' essay so perhaps it appeals to local market?

Looks like an etched pattern, manually colored - needs just some minutes of work per sample.

Imagine that - after 'selling' again, it's now relisted for another attempt. This guy needs to calm his shill down.

Mens 1930s JAEGER - LECOULTRE Vintage Watch GOLD DRAGON - eBay (item 140511213457 end time Feb-21-11 17:50:06 PST)

No wonder he keeps the bids private.

It 'sold' for $2550 this time. What are the odds it will unsell and be listed again?

I find this one (Mens 1930's JAEGER - LeCOULTRE Vintage Watch with DEVIL - eBay (item 140513905055 end time Feb-28-11 19:40:34 PST)) from the same, um, atelier, to be even more tasteful and restrained, with a dial motif absolutely typical of the 1930s...

    NOT!

    Just what I need.
A real Artisan made Limited Edition 1930's JLC.

Is the movement really JLC? Looks a bit agricultural?
