What vintage watch are you wearing - October 2011

    October already here in Singapore.
Today I am wearing a Waltham 18 size model 1892 Appleton Tracy 17 jewels from about 1911. This variation has "Adjusted 5 Positions" on the movement. 1892 Appleton Tracy was also available in 15j and 21j.

I just finished replacing the axle plate for the rotor on this Benrus 3 Star, so I'll be wearing it for a few days to see how well it runs and winds.

Lazy Saturday afternoon in Singapore. Stepping up a bit with a high quality American exotic: South Bend 'The Studebaker' grade 229 from about 1912. This was a grail watch for me. As expected, a new grail is coming up...

The month starts with a Longines Conquest, I haven't worn for a couple of months now. L291, just fitted a nice black with white threads shark strap from Rios.
