WWI Mark V pocket watch (I think)

Anybody out there well versed in these things. I require a part, and identification if possible. I posted about this in the vintage pocket watch forum, and one of the amazing people here got me pointed in the right direction as far as what the watch is. It's beat up but I love it, and would like to restore it, but I need an upper balance cap Jewel at least. Runs perfect upside down. Soon as I flip it it stops. Cap Jewel is cracked and some jibroni stuffed what looked like graphite in it to make it run, not to mention the used a crowbar to remove the dial and dammaged it, but the dial restoration is a separate issue lol. Anyways any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! The people here are the greatest!

16473 is the only mark on the movement, inside or out, except the "15 jewels adjusted". And the dial says swiss made. It's a nice watch for its age, decorated movement, black enamrlish dial, neat looking skeleton hands that used to be lumed. American case from Philadelphia watch case co, but definitely not made for an American pocket watch it's thinner and made for a stem that attaches to the movement. Says "imitation silver" instead of silverode. Anyways that's all I've got. Thanks again

The movement looks like something by Electa (Gallet).
