Picture WWII Omega W.W.W. on New Leather Nato - Pic Heavy!

    Hi Chaps,

posted the watch in my collection thread... but was waiting for the strap to arrive bfore posting this thread!

With my last few purchases not turning out that well (still waiting to hear back about the UG)... this is one im happy with.

Its a 1944 Military issue W.W.W. Omega with 30T2 cal movement.

Here is a good link to info on the WWWs

    W.W.W. - Wrist Watch Waterproof

The watch is in quite good nic... the dial is starting to show some age and a couple of bits have been touched up... but all in all.... Im really happy with it!

The strap is another bonus.... i would like to thank David (Vintage Watch Straps - straps and bands for vintage fixed wire lug military trench or officers World War One era wristwatches) for the beautiful handmade nato that arrived at the weekend... very comfy and most importly to me, suits the watch perfectly! I would recommend these straps to anyone and will be buying a few more (may try a different style) for my ever growing military collection!

    Some pics.....

And a few more on the wrist....

Sorry for all the pics... just could not stop....

    Very very nice.

Getting a watch like this can make up for a few dissapointments eh.
Movement looks sweet and the watch looks excellent on this strap.

    Great pics as usual.

Its why we all collect... its the most expensive watch I now own... but its worth every penny to me!

I think the strap and watch makes the pics look good!
