    Wyda brand

    Hey Cats,
Dropped the Wyda off to be overhauled on Saturday. My Watchguy is in agreement with my assessment of it being from the 40's but I sometimes wonder if it's from the much earlier. Here's some pics of the watch in question, it's getting it's cleaning, new mainspring and so on. can't wait to get it back.
If anyone would like to try and date this masterpiece I would appreciate it. The case is white gold and designed as a 3 panel clamshell affair, quite neat as it has a display window with nice gold dressing applied to it's inside to view the movement through.
    Check out the pics.

    Peace,
    Preston

Nice little number. Movement looks like something out of the FHF Cal 30 series:

I'd guess the watch is from the early 1930s based on the case style & movement.

I have a few of these that date around the late 20's to early 30's (though not in anywhere near as good a shape)
