I got a call from Maria at BUSA today. My 6 month old cosmo that went in for a minor repair on January 5th will be here tomorrow, one day before my BDay. Went in for a slightly misaligned hand, and ended up with a brand new dial. Apparently there was a small blemish on the old dial, I didnt even see. The tech. did and it wasn't up to Breitling standards. The first dial arrived from Switzerland (2 weeks later, on backorder) damaged, so I waited a few more weeks for a new one. Now it has a new dial, a fresh service and she sent it to me over night, she was terriffic. Many thanks to her.
