Question Chronomat Question - Unscrewing crown

    Hi Guys,

I just purchased my first Chronomat and have a quick question about unscrewing the crown. When I unscrew the crown from locked/screwed in position (i.e. turn counter-clockwise), I hear a consistent and uniformly separated click with each slight rotation. Is this normal? Even when the stem is extended to position 1, it still clicks when I turn counter-clockwise (opposite direction of manual winding)

Can one of the numerous Chronomat Evo owners out there unscrew the crown and let me know if you hear any consistent clicking sounds?

    Thanks for your help!

If you mean that you just unscrew it, and dont pull it out at all, its normal--but not something that you should be doing. First position is for clockwise winding only.
