Navitimer 1 BO1 Power Reserve problem

    Hello Lingers,

i purchased a brand new Navi 1 BO1 a week ago. I wanted to test it’s power reserve which is supposed to be 70 hours. Wound it 40 times from a dead stop and set it down without touching it and it only lasted 21 hours? Any ideas? I had it laying with the crown upwards. Thank you for your feedback.

Wind it like 100 times and see. You can't over wind the auto so wind it a ton just to make sure its fully wound and then see what happens.

This may sound stupid, but did you leave the chrono running?

Best thing to do is to wear it for ~3 days, the automatic winding should fully wind it in that time. Then set it down and see how long it runs for.
As previously suggestion, 40 winds of the crown probably isn't enough to fully wind it.
