    Navitimer 806 - Help Needed!

After I finally bought a Breitling Navitimer Heritage a couple months back; and after I actually got it on my wrist, I thought that my urgue will be satisfied and my thirst would be quenched; however, I am in the process on finalizing the deal on a second Black Navtimer w/ Strap as the Navitimer Heritage is Brace integrated.

Now the good stuff, everytime I come upon a post or a picture of the Navitimer 806, I start buzzing/ humming. I have decided to invest in one.So I decided to pop the question! If I wanted a heritage Navitimer 806, what do I do:

    1) Which website(s) are recomended for an online purchase?
    2) What precautions should I be wary of when buying a vintage watch?
    3) What are the prices of the 4 generations of the Navitimer 806? Moreover, is there any particular one that I should focus on, knowing that every single one of them is a timepiece?

At last I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your help!

Too many to list here , its easier to just post a pic of the watch so we can comment on the condition

keep an eye on Ebay and see what they sell for , that will give you a good market value indication

Don't believe me or anything I say just because I say it ... do your own research , ask questions and get answers , find out what you can , do background searches on the (vintage) watch you're interested in AND on the seller , only if you do all of that you will be able to determine the authenticity of the watch you're interested in
