    Accidental discovery of Anonimo

I have spent so much time on these forums but only here or there. It is unfortunate for me that I only just now discovered what to me is one of the most unique and amazing watch designs I have seen before.

I just browsing through the list of new posts yesterday and saw the post by Ernie regarding the forum name change for a watch called Anonimo. Hmm.. I thought. Well I had seen the name before but never really read anything about it for one reason or another. So I decided to do a search on the site. I really liked was I seeing but then I stumbled upon the Anonimo Dino Zei and I was blown away with the case design. I like the dial on many of the other Anonimo watches more, but the case in the pic I saw was amazing. To be honest this is by far the most beautiful case design I have ever seen on a watch in my life. I think I spent at least 3 hours last night scouring the internet for photos and information regarding this and the Profesionelle version.

The pic that I have below is the one that is currently for sale. I only wish I had to funds currently to purchase it. I hope the seller doesn’t mind me posting it, as it is the pic that started this new obsession of mine. Not sure if I should say thank you for this new found watch lust, or but upset, lol.

    Thanks!

There surely is quite a bit right with Anonimo watches. All the cases are finished beautifully.

I used to own the DZ model listef above, and found it to be a great world time watch. Many historic models are still available, for now...

The used prices go from about $1500 for a base Millemetri to about $3000 for higher end models. The right Dino Zei, Marlin, or Professionale will fetch $4-6. A Professionale on the bracelet or a like new San Marco are in the top end.

Grey prices are not far off for new.
