    Well I hope he reads these threads.......

    The above is all good but they should make the "case" for better customer service as it currently sucks. You can have the best product on the planet but if your CS and support is not there then it won't make a difference as people won't buy it.

    I believe he has been CEO since the reorg (meaning 2.5 years now).

    Interesting, there seems to be a lot of mention of the Anonimo launch in the Philippines!

    Last I heard, at launch, all the bronze models were immediately sold out.

    Anyway, I wish the new CEO all the luck in the world in steering this ship.
