    Anonimo Militare 2004 broken crown

    Hey,
Just a few days ago I received my first Anonimo.
    Love it.
But 2 days ago I broke the crown.
It's literally broken of the stem.

I tried contacting Stoll but they can't help.
I sent an email to Anonimo - no response.
Stoll sent me email, phone send cell of Anonimo person in Switzerland but number is not valid(both cell and land line) and there's no response on my email.

I'm sure I'm not the first one to do this on this model, it looks like this particular design is more prone of breaking at this specific point.

Can someone please point me to the right person?!
I just want to fix it.
My watchmaker says he can fit the new crown with the stem.

    What's the best solution.

    Thanks

    Roberto

    I'm sorry about it.

Stoll can't help you? What they said?

Any watchmaker can replace a broken stem !

    Not a big issue.

I am assuming the stem broke of and now there is a small piece of stem still in the crown right?..If it broke and left a pice of stem sticking out of the crown a watchmaker may be able to remove it with specialised tools..If not I read putting the crown in a solution of alum and water will dissolve the stem..The stem is made of softer steel then crown..Solution won't do anything to the crown..Takes upto a week or to to dissolve it..After that your watchmaker puts in a new stem etc etc...
