New brand owner should take a leaf from that book of web-site design, instead of a hideous "running man" photo and "see you in Baselworld" tag line that is out of date by about 6 weeks...wait, they don't say which Baselworld it is, so may be it is all set up for the next year in 2014? One has to laugh :/

    Very well made site.

Success in the watch business is about marketing. Lots of guys make great watches but only few market them well. Doesn't matter how you do it, as long as you do it well and having a good site is a major thing, especially for a brand with very little market presence.

Next thing for them should be to touch base with online communities like this, because it doesn't take much to drop some messages and listen to your customers from time to time.

Obviously, the new guys have failed to do both.

I had praised the Australian site some time ago, way before losing the USA site...was always beautifully done and recommended they coach the rest of the company (even the brand's main site!). As for listening to suggestions, been beaten to death for years - they never did! I am now Anonimo free after 5 years of suggestions, love and frustration for the brand, so I no longer have the 'right' to chime in any more. Miss them, but kind of glad to have some closure to fighting the long good fight...will check back on occasion, but seems still no news, much less good (shame - always wanted a San Marco...). Great unique watches, I honestly can't think of who to replace the hole they left with...but as stated, can't exist absolutely void of ANY marketing, communication...or customers willing to pay a decent price anywhere near what their watches were worth!
