With a big thanks to PJ from here on the forums, I'm now the proud owner of Dino Zei Nautilo Bronze #21
I always wanted a bronze model, but was after something a little bigger than a Polluce as I found my Millemetri a touch on the small side. Honestly, I didn't sue to be a massive fan of the Dino Zei's, but after seeing Sinn22's pics of his Nautilo that all changed and I had to have one! After missing out on one for sale 5km's from my house here in Melbourne, I went on the hunt and luckily after enquiring about a Marlin with PJ he mentioned he had a Nautilo Bronze and would be willing to part with it for the right offer. A few days later the deal was done and it was making its long journey from the good old US of A.
Pictures really don't do this piece justice; in my opinion it is the nicest watch I've ever laid eyes on. The dial detailing is exquisite, and the mix of matt and polished surfaces due to the patina developing on the bronze is gorgeous and adds so much depth to the watch.
This one is definitley a keeper and was worth every penny.
