    Militare Automatico 2010

Some watch ..... I love, LOVE this watch. I try to have no more than 8 watches total at one time and this is my favorite over any other watch or brand. I wore it to lunch, however, and my wife said, "That looks like a $10 watch from Wal-Mart." LOL
WHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT????????? It is the first watch I've ever owned (and I have some really nice pieces) that made me think, "now THIS is a luxury watch." I especially like the bravery of a company that decided not to even put their logo or name on this watch!!!

Congratulations and welcome to La Famiglia... Luxury, expensive or high end... is controversial.

The Militare COllection is well designed, the case is Unique, how the crown position and lock is a plus too.

I want to share this with you... couple of weeks ago i went to DOminican Republic and i was on the Cartier Boutique on Blue Mall in Santo Domingo and inside the boutique i was looking for some pen and wallet and one of the guys told me to try the Timepiece Calibre I agree on that, I removed my Militare Flyback and try the Calibre but I don't feel the watch, when the guy take my Flyback and give it to me he said : " OMG this is an Anonimo right... I said YES, two other guys crack his necks then told me... Can i see it? at the same time was so funny, they were talking where they can get them bla bla bla and the guy from the boutique said i can't have this in presence of yours let me put it back.

Well my friend Enjoy it and wear it in the best of health !!!!

Congrats! It's a great watch and combo with the Drass case with white dial. One thing I did notice though was you forgot the wrist shot. Congrats again, wear it well and thanks for sharing!
    Cheers,

Awesome combo of drass and deep red strap. A 'statement' watch for sure - even if your wife thinks it looks like something from WalMart, which caused me to pause a moment, then return to my senses.

    Thanks for the nice comments.

As for the wife, you just have to learn that whenever you get a new watch, you have to say, "Oh, I traded some of the others for this one," which is typically true enough.

I have to admit that I traded my Anonimo Bronze Orange Polluce for a Marathon CSAR (new) and a Doxa Sharkhunter, and it was an offer I couldn't refuse. I want to get another Polluce but I will probably try either a bronze with a different dial or maybe drass with blue dial... The bronze is just too ahead of its time, and people are like, "Why is your watch so dirty?" ::facepalm::

And I've never been a "grail" kind of person, but if I had to choose a grail, it would be the San Marco.
