Need Help with my Professionale Chrono

Hi all, looking for assistance from one of you experts with my Professionale Chrono. The other day, I don't know what I did, but I unscrewed one of my chrono pushers, and when fully unscrewed it appeared to be loose. Being adventurous, I continued to unscrew the pusher until it came right off. A little spring that was under the pusher fell out.

After examining the situation as best as I could, I attempted to screw on the pusher again with the spring rested in place where it should have been. With my clumsy fingers I couldn't line up the threading and couldn't screw the pusher back on. I decided to try to screw the pusher in without the spring in the way - making it easier to line up. Well it worked, it screwed on pretty easily, but now I can't get it back off, its locked on in place and I can't figure out how to unscrew the pusher again so that I can take the time and re-install it with the spring in place again.

Everything works now as it should, I can unscrew the pusher and function the Chronograph, but the start stop pusher wiggles when unscrewed as opposed to the spring keeping it firm in place.

Can anyone tell me what to do shot of bringing it to a jeweler.

    Thanks, Jay

If your watch was a typical (non-chrono) automatic movement, with a little or no pressure rated case, then probably you could figure out a way to get things back in order--BUT, in the case of the Professionale Chrono, you need to avoid any further damage by doing exactly what you know you should do (after all, you own LOTS of chronos, right?)--bring it to an Anonimo AD--yours is one of the most expensive/complicated watches Anonimo makes, and the case and pushers are all part of a pressure sensitive system--protect your investment and have a pro look at it! I think any other home remedy fits under the category of "penny-wise, pound-foolish."

Haha, good point, my concern is not spending cash, my concern is that I live in Prince Albert - Saskatchewan, Northern Canada. I don't even know if we have a AD in Canada, and I'm not crazy of mailing my watch across the Border, or mailing it period. I have had a run of bad luck with the Mail as of late. Your right though - I will end up sending it away to a professional to deal with it.

Jay, sorry to hear about you issue the only advice i have is double check with customs on your country is worst than italy about timt of process and the best people here to fix that is Stoll & Co. - America's Watchmaker: Main Page ask for Jessica Simmons.

They are so fast the only problem in my experience is customs in your country.

Good luck my friend and let us know how this go.

Second what Nelson said. I feel for you. I've sent watches all over the world but none take longer then central or western Canada and I don't know why.
