Possibility and costs of changing orange to black dial on a Millemetri Model 2000 ???

    Hi there,
sorry for jumping directly to the point (intro will come in parallel), but I am new to Anonimo and this chance will pass quickly:
A friend of mine has offered me his Millemetri Model 2000 with orange Dial.
I do kind of like the orange dial, but honestly I really prefer the Millemetri with black dial much, much better (that would be my „dream“ version).
Because the price is so attractive, I was wondering if I should take the chance and get hold of his orange one, and if I like, I would send it later on to Anonimo to ask them to change the dial to black one.

I am trying to contact Anonimo for the last 2 weeks, but without luck
Therefore I was wondering if someone else has asked/ done something similar (changing dial color) in the past?
Is that possible? And any rough numbers on the costs involved?

    Thanks a lot in advance!

Oh, one more comment, I believe if I want to change the orange to a black one, it wold also require to have the date dial changed from white to black as well, right?

It would be best to simply buy a black dial Millemetri--there are plenty around at reasonable prices, and if you just wait a bit you will find one. The cost in terms of cash and time for switching out the dial and date wheel, if this were possible, would be prohibitive. Costs aside, the current turn-around rate for a watch going to Anonimo Spa in Italy is about 6 months! Mine has been there for a couple of months, just waiting in line...
    Here today, here tomorrow...

Orange millemetris are pretty awesome - you might end up digging it more. I regularly had my eye for one for a year or so, but then stumbled upon an orange Cronoscopio and zigged when I thought I was going to zag.

Would be a nice catch the orange millemetri.

All is possible but you need to pay for that and is expensive for sure.

You said no ANonimo response yet... wich location you are trying to contact?

The headquarter in Florence...writing several emails in English (maybe that is the problem), since I am no native Italian speaker (or writer)...
In parallel I was asking for a dealer list, still after 14 days no return...

Honestly this is something I really don’t like about Anonimo, their lack of replies/ customer service, scrolling through some threads here about service/ maintenance and the lack of communicated when the watches will be back from service, is really bad (I do not have any problem if they need to take 6 month for servicing a watch, other named brands need 3-4 month as well, with a lot more stuff/ service people, but at least you should be honest and communicate fair).

(Sorry for starting with „kind of bashing“, that’s not want I wanted to start here, just my humble opinions about service/ quality in general)
