Seeking feedback on Militare bronze watch w/ blue dial

What is the consensus on this watch? It's nearly impossible to find any info on it.

    Thank you!

I dont think you’d find anyone who owns this watch here to be honest.

The only thing that's ringing here is the sound of dead silence. The Brand died some 5 years ago, and the forum followed not that long after. The current Swiss reincarnation is a poor village half cousin cum impersonator who have struggled since they started and by my (and some others) estimation, will follow the footsteps of the original brand in not-so-distant future, or would become one of the internet-only micro brands. Read up on the swiss Anonimo here before you part with your cash. Rest is up to you.

I don’t have experience with the Swiss version but I am also curious about the militare with the bronze dial. However this will be one of those watches you get because you like and knowing that if you would one day to sell it it might be at a big discount.
As far as I know the bronze cases are the only part still made in Italy

Yeah, I found one used <$1,900, but it looks like I'm better off keeping my money.

At $1900, two or three times what it is worth--big, thick, and generally undesirable--some of the original ("historic") Nimos might be worth considering as they can be had cheaply and are of good quality, but honestly, I would look elsewhere.

Buy what you like. The support at Anonimo is poor at best so keep that in mind. I personally like the brand (Firenze made) after discovering it. Being a Panerai fan and owner of a PAM312 I wanted an Anonimo watch. I purchased 2 recently and have no regrets. As for resale thats not a factor when I buy any watch. I buy to wear them and enjoy collecting a variety of different brands. I also collect pocket watches. They havenet been made in decades and none of the manufactures are even around anymore, but that doesnt stop people from collecting them.

I have a Militare Chronograph myself(the newer Swiss version) and I love it. A lot of people here are reminiscent of the old brand and unaccepting of the new one, which is fine. But buy what you like, I like the watch, have had no issues with the quality or timekeeping and wear it frequently.
